We're running this wiki on a fractional virtual machine in a data center in Singapore. Our goal is to understand what goes wrong when we see global communication delays.
I was seeing 500 msec pings when I first launched but now, with wiki running, I see 250 msec pings.
Compare that to the 2 msec pings I see to fed.wiki.org.
