Federated wiki journal mockup dated July 22, 2011
A recently found mockup shows some of the earliest thinking of how the history of a wiki page could be presented.
The artwork was prepared for a colleague who volunteered to have his designer work on the project. Nothing came of this collaboration.
The page shown was one of several that were entered by hand before there was a working editor. The journal was added to the screenshot with an image editor. There was already the notion of flags as evidenced by the browser tab but they were not yet judged suitable for explaining history.
